Acceptable Use Policy

The rules for what you may and may not do with the service.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out prohibited uses of Veyro. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. You are responsible for your users’ compliance with this AUP.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not use the service to:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual-property, privacy and data-protection rights;
  • process personal data without a valid legal basis, or in breach of your obligations as a controller;
  • send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or violate anti-spam, telecommunications or marketing laws;
  • transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or overload the service or its infrastructure;
  • upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that incites violence;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent security, rate limits or usage controls, except where permitted by mandatory law;
  • misrepresent the AI as a human where law requires disclosure, or use AI outputs in a deceptive or harmful manner;
  • resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted; or
  • use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the integrity and reputation of the service.

3. Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the content you submit, connect or generate through the service and for ensuring you have all necessary rights, consents and legal bases. We do not monitor content but may act on reports of violations.

4. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this AUP has been violated, we may remove or disable offending content, throttle, suspend or terminate access, and, where required, report to authorities. Where practicable and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. To report abuse, contact TODO: support@veyro.app.
